We are happy to accept order by email. Your orders can be shipped via
air-freight, freight collect (using your DHL, FEDEX, UPS
etc account), your appointed forwarder and Courier service such as DHL.
All prices quoted based on ex.works (R-One Shop or Warehouse). If shipment is arranged by your appointed forwarder then customer would bear the forwarder inland transport.
If the shipment is done by us, then the shipping charges including Freight and Documentation will be added to the Proforma Invoice. All destination country's Customs Duties and Taxes are customer's own responsibility.
If the shipment is done by any the above method then the GST (local Tax) can be waived. Note if the shipment is done by the appointed forwarder then the appointed forwarder must be a registered forwarder. The registered forwarder should send us the export certificate once the shipment has been made.
If the buyer wants to do a self-collect ordered goods, then the prevailing GST must be applied.
How to Order :
Kindly email or fax us clearly the required product including the quantity.
We will respond to you with a quotation.
Upon acceptance, kindly make an official confirmation (issue a purchase order if it is your organization’s normal practice).
We will then issue you a proforma invoice based on the product, quantity and agreed prices, delivery method/charges, as per your order.
